The Chronic Illness Inclusion project has launched a major survey to capture the experiences and views of people living with chronic illness.

The Chronic Illness Inclusion Project is a research project led by people with chronic illness and supported by the Centre for Welfare Reform. It is part of the DRILL programme of disability research and is funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

This survey is an opportunity to stand up - or lie down - and be counted, and have your voice heard.

People's responses to the survey will inform the Chronic Illness Inclusion Project's manifesto for change.

The survey is open to anyone with a long-term health condition or impairment that restricts their day to day life. It will take approx 20 minutes to complete online and you can complete it in stages over time.

You can take part in the survey here.
