Equality and Diversity

This film is a montage of images to go along with a talk given by Dr Simon Duffy in Perth, WA in 2013.

How do you reconcile equality and diversity? Simon Duffy explores this philosophical problem by considering the threats to respect and dignity faced by people with learning disabilities. He argues that the notion of citizenship can be used to create a respectful and inclusive account of community.
